Pregnant?
His grandmother's ultimatum was that he marry, not become a dad. But when brilliant physician Ethan Hartwell searched for the only woman he'd never quite forgotten, he found a two-for-one -- Sloane Davenport was carrying his child! Now Ethan had to decide whether to tell Sloane his darkest secret...
A foster kid, Sloane dreamed of giving her own child a perfect family. But one incredible night with Ethan left her pregnant and -- outrageously -- fired from her job. Struggling to keep her independence, Sloane refused Ethan's logical proposal. She wasn't about to marry for anything but respect and partnership and love. So what will it take for her "maybe" to become a "yes"?
Naughty D's review:
The Mogul's Maybe Marriage was a sweet, emotional, awwww, book for me.
With a meddling but loving grandmother Ethan never had a chance to stay a confirmed bachelor. His grandmother gives him an ultimatium he didn't want to take, however this time it seems like FATE was in cahoots with his grandmother. There has only been one woman Ethan hasn't been able to forget and they only had one night of passion. Never in his wildest dreams would he have thought the condom would've failed. Sloane has had a hard life, moving from foster home to foster home. All she wants is someone to give her unconditional love, when she finds out she's pregnant she decides to go it on her own, because a billionaire wouldn't want anything to do with a penniless orphan and would only think she was a gold digger. Ethan discovers his feelings early on but his secret fear drives him away from Sloane. Sloane is no push over and it takes some manning up by Ethan to win her over.
This is a great feel good book, yes you will get teary eyed at some points, but in the end it is a great couple of hours escape from your busy day!
